Ann M. Campbell, Esq.



Ms. Campbell received her B.A. in English, summa cum laude, from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 1980 and her J.D., magna cum laude, from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 1991. While attending law school, Ms. Campbell was a legal research and writing teaching assistant and served as a student law clerk to the Honorable John T. Curtin, United States District Court Justice for the Western District of New York. Ms. Campbell received the Adolph Homburger Award upon her law school graduation. She was previously associated with Lipman & Biltekoff, LLC, where she gained experience in commercial litigation and resolution of contract disputes, estate planning, and other general practice areas. Ms. Campbell has extensive experience in appellate matters and has argued numerous cases before the Appellate Divisions and the Court of Appeals of New York. She has lectured as an instructor for Continuing Legal Education on appellate practice. Ms. Campbell was included in the 2009 and 2010 "Super Lawyers" list of the top attorneys in Upstate New York in the area of appellate law.  Ms. Campbell was also included in the 2009 Super Lawyers Corporate Counsel list for her appellate work.  In 2008, Ms. Campbell was nominated by her peers to Buffalo Business First's/Buffalo Law Journal's Who's Who in Law in the area of appeals.  Ms. Campbell is admitted to practice in the State of New York, the Supreme Court of the United States, the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, and the United States District Court for the Western District of New York. Ms. Campbell is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Erie County Bar Association.
