Mr. Barone received his B.A. from Wittenberg University in 1989 with dual majors in economics and philosophy and his J.D. from the University of Toledo College of Law in 1993. While attending law school, Mr. Barone worked as a law clerk at the Bolotin Law Offices, a general practice firm, with a concentration in personal injury litigation. From 1993 to 1997, Mr. Barone was an associate with the firm of Feldman, Kieffer & Herman, LLC, where he practiced in the area of insurance defense, concentrating on medical malpractice, professional disciplinary proceedings, products liability, motor vehicle, premises liability, and general liability cases. At Brown & Tarantino, Mr. Barone focuses on medical malpractice, premises liability and insurance defense litigation. Mr. Barone is admitted to practice in both Federal and New York State Courts and is a member of the Erie County Bar Association.
